Let me illustrate with a simple example how wasting time can harm our happiness. Let me tell you a minimal example related to the life of a student.
For example,
When a student goes out of the house to study, he takes many dreams and hopes with him. And in the first month of starting, he studies very well, and his hopes and dreams seem to come true. And after a month, he starts feeling that he still has a lot of time left. The whole year is left.
Thinking this, he divides his study time into other tasks like watching YouTube for a while, scrolling reels, playing a few games, roaming with friends, and having fun. Apart from these tasks, studies They also do this so that they don't feel that they are wasting their time.
But actually, they are wasting their time.
Note: Not all children do this, but most children do this.
This is how they waste their most important time.
And when their exams come near and they have the last 2-3 months left, then they realise that they have wasted their time. And they wish they had studied well for the whole year.

That is why you should not regret and study well in the time that is left. By regretting and not studying, your remaining 2-3 months will also be wasted. Some students continue their studies, but by then their syllabus looks like a mountain because they have a backlog of many chapters, and they have to memorise them too.
If they had studied well throughout the year, their syllabus would have looked like a piece of stone, i.e., their SYLLABUS would have looked very easy and small to them, but by doing a lot of backlog, they convert these pieces of stone into a big mountain, i.e., their syllabus looks very big, and it seems very difficult to memorise and complete the syllabus. You must have understood why the same syllabus seemed easy and small to one and difficult and big to the other.

The pain that occurs at this time is something different, due to which his eyes fill with tears. Even sometimes while studying in the library, his eyes fill with tears, but he keeps it hidden. And when he is alone, he cries freely, and he feels that his happiness has been lost somewhere.
